Return Policy

Parts returns must be received at Tracey Road Equipment no later than 30 days from shipment. Once we have received your returned part, we will refund the cost of the part using the same payment method used in your original order.  We do not refund shipping costs.  Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.  To request an RMA, please email ecommercesales@traceyroad.com Tracey Road Equipment will credit your account after part has been returned and inspected. Tracey Road Equipment assumes no responsibility for parts damaged in shipment. Parts damaged in shipment must go through the carrier.

Shipping Policy

Parts orders places before 1pm EST Monday through Friday will ship the same day.  Orders placed after 1pm EST will ship on the next business day. Tracey Road Equipment. Freight will be charged at time of placing order. Once the order is in the hands of your selected carrier, Tracey Road Equipment assumes no responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods.

Parts Warranty

Tracey Road Parts is proud to offer a year-long warranty on all Freightliner and Tracey Truck Parts products. Our warranty offer only covers a  replacement of the defective part with another part and there will be no cash reimbursements, the cover of labor costs, or other expenses. If you encounter a faulty part, please contact ecommercesales@traceyroad.com for a replacement.
